My worst Epic Fail was in the UW. Never been there before and had joined a group that I don't think had ever been there either. We lasted maybe 30 seconds because someone agrroed everything before everyone had downloaded and I died almost immediately. I don't even think I got off a bow shot.

Now I only go down there with my guild mates as a HM trapper team. No more epic fails, but the first time is still fresh in my memory.

1 million ecto? I've been away from GW for quite a while....but I think you need to check your math. 1 million ecto equates to several billion gold.

1st one i can remember is buying wintersday gifts at "awesome price" of 3stacks for 100k.after i accepted i realised i bought 750 special presents (worthless quest items that share the skin with wintersday gifts"
well at least the person that scammed me got their ban (although a short one )

2.i was on 9,999 party pts on purpose for like 4months so i could do a title spike of legendary master of north+party+sweet tooth(i use sweets for bonuses so had about 9900 points at the moment).
Anyway last thing for my eotn title was vloxen.
I h/hed the thing and had in plan to use all sweets when zoldark was at around 10% health,but something went horribly wrong and he died when he was on like 25%. i was confused and took me like 15sec to find the last party item and like 2whole mins to use the 100 sweets i needed so it was 1 lousy title spike
at least i am on 29 titles now anyway ^^

I did the same thing when the Eldritch Ettin quest was first offered as a zquest, but the H/H didn't complain. And I hadn't yet done the quest in HM, so it wasn't a complete waste of time.

My biggest fail would probably be selling a cherished zodiac bow by accident. It was early in the morning and I was half-asleep. Not only did I select it to sell, but I clicked "Yes" when I was asked to confirm. *sob*

And seriously I was pretty aware that I would get flamed. I made the thread to see how many felt like me, how many would troll/flame me and how many would suggest how I deal with it.
